Summer Camps

Give your children an unforgettable summer of learning and adventure from June 15 to July 31, 2026! We are also offering one week of end-of-summer camp for PP-5 August 31 – September 4. Our diverse camps cater to all age groups, from Pre-Primary to Grade 12, with engaging programs including Soccer, Art, French Language, Dungeons & Dragons, Science, Mathematics, and more. Little Adventurers (Pre-Primary and Primary) will enjoy structured days filled with creative play and outdoor exploration, while older students can dive deep into their interests with specialized camps like Creative Writing, Clay Arts, and Trading Card Games.

All camps are run by experienced instructors guiding students through hands-on activities that balance education and entertainment.

CAMP SCHEDULES
All camps run Monday through Friday.
Pre-Primary – Grade 5:

  • 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM Early Arrival
  • 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM Camp Programming
  • 4:30 – 5:30 PM After Care

Grade 6-12 camps run 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Five-Day Camps$200 per week for Hydrostone families$250 per week for all other campers

Little Adventures Camp

Little Adventures (Pre-Primary & Primary)

Our Littles Camp is designed for students enrolled in Pre-Primary or Primary. The camp follows a similar rhythm to a regular school day, with circle time, snack and lunch breaks, creative play opportunities, and lots of outdoor time.

Please note that campers will be responsible for bringing their own snacks, lunch, and water bottle. Camps run Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Available all listed weeks – you may select multiple weeks when you go to Register. We’re excited for a fun and enriching summer experience!

This camp explores the counter-cultural medium of ‘zines – handmade mini-magazines where creators express themselves through writing, collage, drawing, and other mixed-media.

Theatre Camp

Young Bushcrafters (Grades 1-5)

Young Bushcrafters Camp is an outdoor adventure week where campers learn hands-on wilderness skills like shelter building, safe fire-making, knot tying, and nature exploration.

French Summer Camp

Clay & Creativity (Grades 6-12)

Hands-on pottery, sculpture, and pit firing, with finished pieces available in September.

Science & Experiment Camp is a hands-on discovery week where campers explore exciting experiments, curious reactions, and fun challenges that spark creativity and critical thinking.

In this creative writing camp, students will explore storytelling through fun word games, inspiring outings, and daily writing practice. Guided by Teacher James and Ms. Louise, young authors will craft, share, and strengthen their stories together.

Little Chefs (Grades 1-5)

Little Chefs Cooking Camp is a hands-on culinary adventure where campers learn basic cooking skills, explore new flavors, and create delicious dishes together.

  • Food & Allergies: Students should bring their own snacks and lunches. Hydrostone Academy’s camps are NUT FREE to ensure a safe environment for all participants.
  • Age Guidelines: Our age requirements are meant to be guidelines, and we trust that parents and guardians know their children best. For example, if your child loves Dungeons & Dragons and wants to spend the week in a campaign, but they are older than the suggested grade level, that’s no problem—feel free to register! However, if you’re trying to register a student for a camp where the content or activity level may not be a good fit for their age, we encourage you to reach out and discuss the best placement for them.
  • Privacy: Hydrostone Academy is the sole owner of the information collected during registration. We do not sell, share, or rent this information to others.
  • Liability: Hydrostone Academy is not responsible for accidents or injuries occurring during classes or on our premises. Parents/guardians are financially responsible for any damage caused by their child to the building.
  • Class Minimums & Cancellations: Some camps require a minimum number of registrations to run. If a camp does not meet the required number, it may be cancelled, and you will be notified.
  • Refund Policy:
    • All camps include a $40 administrative fee, which is non-refundable.
    • If a withdrawal request is received more than two weeks before the camp start date, a refund will be issued minus the $40 administrative fee.
    • If a withdrawal request is received less than two weeks before the camp start date, a 50% refund (minus the $40 administrative fee) will be provided.
    • No refunds will be issued on or after the first day of camp.
